A bespoke project for our team, Arcus was asked to prepare the lounge area of a stunning sandstone home in Glasgow. Our team worked over a three week period to carefully prep the property for the next stage of development.
The Arcus approach.
This project involved the careful vacuuming, cleaning and repairing of the original intricate cornicing of the lounge. Dustless sanding of both the original and new woodwork was completed, meaning minimal mess and clean up. Using Airless Spraying, all woodwork was primed to aid durability and ensure finishing paint could adhere to the surface. The Arcus team took extra care to ensure the safety of the space, with flooring & furniture being double taped and scaffolding being erected due to the height of the room
The room was then prepared for the next stages of the project to provide a new lease of life for the space.
